Course Aims
To provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the maintenance and re-installation of Swagelok Tube Fittings and a focused instruction on operational activities regarding, valves, filters and other Swagelok fluid system components.
Target Audience
Technicians, operators and personnel involved in the maintenance, disassembly and refit of Swagelok fluid system components. This course is specifically for those who regularly use fluid system components in an operational or maintenance role.
Course Content
- Safe disassembly of Swagelok tube fittings
- Component trouble-shooting
- Correct re-instatement of Swagelok tube fittings
- Correct use of alternative fitting methods (Swagelok VCO, VCR, PFA fittings, etc)
- Correct pipe thread identification and sealing methods
- Practical maintenance exercises
- Theoretical test

Classroom and practical training.
Certification
Swagelok Certificate of Completion - valid for 3 years.
